NEXT Sunday, November 2nd @12PM. Are you tired of sitting on the sidelines and just doing church? Are you ready to learn more, grow more, serve more? Then Next Steps class is here for you! Next Steps is not some boring tutorial, but an exciting overview of how you can join the Essential Church Community! You will hear what we are about, how you can connect, and where you can plug in. Lunch and childcare are provided, but registration is required for adults (for the Next Steps class) and for children 6 weeks to 5th grade (for childcare).

Why Jesus is Better Than Religion
This week at Essential|Church, Pastor Tim Milner closes out the Nehemiah series with a raw look at chapter 13—the unraveling of revival. After all God had done, the people quickly slipped back into compromise. Even the high priest, Eliashib, invited corruption into the temple.
We learn five spiritual leadership principles from a bad priest, discover why revival requires daily obedience, and see how Nehemiah’s cry—“Remember me, O my God”—points to something greater.
400+ years later, Jesus would enter the same temple and do what Nehemiah couldn’t. He didn’t just drive out corruption—He took the punishment for it. Because of Jesus, our faith is unshakable.
